How will you make an impact in this role?
We are hiring for a highly motivated and versatile Data Analyst, integrated in the Data Analytics & Insights Team, based in Madrid, Spain. The successful candidate will be a key player on the ICS Consumer & Commercial strategy and is integrated within a team that support different Continental' Europe markets. In this position the candidate must think strategically to maintain and develop tools which will help ICS Consumer & Commercial teams to identify business growing opportunities and maximize their productivity.
The main responsibilities will be:
Maintain the reporting infrastructure for the Business by leveraging our existing systems and databases.
Extract & Analyze data – Maintain/Develop business insights to gain understanding on portfolio performance: identify trends in activation, attrition, activity level, etc.
Maintain/Create Tools to help Sales & Product Teams to boost performance.
Key player in the planning and strategy processes.
Propose recommendations to solve problems.
Put in place robust processes to deliver new daily/weekly or monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis, trigger-based models and results using advanced python and SQL code.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor (or equivalent) in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / Computer Science (or similar)
At least 1 year of work experience (if on the Data Analytics area it will be a plus)
Advanced Python & SQL Programmer
Advanced Excel user (VBA)
Strong analytical mindset
Fast Learner
Ability to drive results while working on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and in changing environments
Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
Linux/VB/JS & other programming languages will be a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate Platform
Knowledge of Power BI
Project Management experience
