About the role:

We are seeking an Analyst who excels at analytical problem‑solving, possesses strong technical expertise in data and data systems, and thrives as a collaborative team player. This role will be a key contributor within our growing team, with primary responsibility for owning end‑to‑end analytical deliverables, creating impactful Power BI dashboards, and generating insights that illuminate Gartner product performance and customer engagement trends that influence retention.

The Analyst will work across a range of initiatives—defining data requirements, extracting and validating data from the warehouse with a solid understanding of Gartner’s data ecosystem, analyzing performance and efficiency metrics, developing actionable recommendations and use cases, visualizing findings, and scaling outputs through automated reporting and dashboards.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards that deliver descriptive and predictive insights for product performance and strategic decision-making.Ingest data from Cloud Platforms, writing complex SQL queries to combine datasets that are relevant to the business casePerform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in product performance.Support predictive analytics initiatives under guidance from senior team members.Utilize Gen-AI tools for automating routine reporting tasks and generating quick insights.  Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for business stakeholders.Lead end-to-end analytics delivery—from requirements gathering to solution design, development, and stakeholder communication

What You’ll Need

2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.Strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization.Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.Basic understanding of statistics and ability to apply it in business contexts.Basic understanding of predictive modeling and data interpretationFamiliarity with Gen-AI tools for automation and insights generation.Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from requirements gathering to solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to Python/R for data analysis.Experience with data automation workflows.Knowledge of product-related KPIs and metrics.
