**How you will contribute**
The BI Developer/Analyst plays a key role in the hands-on enhancement and sustainment of dashboards and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making throughout MDLZ Supply Chain. This position directly supports our stakeholders by continuously improving the BI Reports, driving adoption, and leveraging data and analytics expertise to support quick wins. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, learning new technologies, and collaborating across teams.
**How you will contribute:**
Requirements Gathering & Collaboration
+ Establish regular cadences with Super Users and User Representativesin order tokeep a pulse on changing user requirements andbecome a true stakeholder advocate
+ Partner with Product Ownersand Program Managersto translateenhancement requests into User Stories
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelinesleveragingAzure DevOpsSprints, Acceptance Criteria, and Story Points
Dashboard & Report Development
+ Supportbusiness leaderswith quick winsbyleveragingdata & analyticsexpertiseand by buildingproof of conceptsolutions
+ Supporttest and learnsand iterative developmentbased on user feedback and evolving requirements
+ Developenhancementsandnew BIreportswithexisting Semantic Models,leveragingbasic DAX and complex visualizationtools
Testing & Quality Assurance
+ Ensure alignment of BI reports with industry best practices, documented KPI definitions, and SCI reporting templates
+ Validatedata accuracy, consistency, and performance
+ Conduct peer reviews toidentifyand resolve data or visualization issues in collaboration with senior developers
Deployment & Documentation
+ Creating andmaintainingdocumentation of data sources, models,reports, KPIcalculations,business logic,and userguides
Support & Optimization
+ Respond to user questions, access requests, and performance concerns post-deployment
+ Managemanually-generatedreporting and activelyidentifyopportunities for streamlining, decommissioning, and/or automation
+ Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the clarity and usability of reporting tools
+ Partner withsustainment teamto communicate issues, support bug resolution, andidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement
Insights & Intelligence
+ Partner with business users to generate intelligenceandinsights, using data,operationalsystems,reportingtools, andgeneralanalytical capabilities
+ Collaborate withbusiness usersto understandthestrategy and empower them to challengethestatus quoandassumptions with thesupportof dataand criticalinsights
You will:
+ Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders
+ Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes
+ Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
+ Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

+ Education:Bachelor’s degree in DataAnalytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred
+ Experience:1-3years of experience in BI development or related analytics work; courses, internships or academic projects related to change management are a plus
+ Prior experiencein Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing and/orknowledgeof Supply Chain conceptsis preferred
+ Familiarity withExcel,Quickbase,Tableau,Power BI Desktop,and Power BI Service, includingbasicdata modeling conceptsandDAX formulas
+ Understanding of visualization best practices and UI/UX for dashboards
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills
+ Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
+ Able to work effectivelywith business users and stakeholdersat all levels oftheorganization
+ Attention to detailand a proactive approach to problem-solvingand troubleshooting
**Education / Certifications:**
Bachelor's degree is required

Remote Position typically 8a-5p EST
**Salary and Benefits:**
The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
