Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in a business facing analytics role Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries against production data sources. Power BI for creating and maintain dashboards Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) for ad hoc analysis. Familiarity with data modeling concepts, BI best practices, and versioned analytics (metrics layer, LookML/DBT awareness). Basic exposure to Python or R for analysis or automation. Experience measuring the impact of technology or AI/ML-led process changes. Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma) or experience supporting change management with analytics.
