Job Description
The Go-To-Market Analytics team works closely with Marketing and Sales functional areas to support and drive the company’s Go-To-Market strategies. A successful analyst will work with GoTo stakeholders to deliver high impact, data-driven insights that advance the success of the entire business. You will collaborate with, and equip teams with data, reports and dashboards to help them track their performance and achieve their business goals.
Your Day to Day
As a Data Analyst, you would be working on:
Conduct data analysis in support of day-to-day business performance as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews with GoTo’s go-to-market stakeholders; investigating the ‘why’ behind performance. Regularly monitor and perform insights analysis on sales & marketing funnel and KPI’s for key stakeholders to understand business trends and implications (e.g. website performance, ecommerce performance, email marketing performance, channel and process efficacy).Leading collaborative projects with Operations, Systems, and cross-functional partners to enhance reporting, streamline delivery of operational insights, and drive efficiency in go-to-market execution.Creating and presenting compelling reports, dashboards, and analysis summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences to inform business decisions and foster stakeholder partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
As a Data Analyst, your background will look like:
2+ years of relevant analytics experience in business operations, finance, marketing, management consulting, or market research, with a strong track record of building relationships with peers and stakeholders.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting and BI tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, and experience with SQL queries or similar platforms for data analysis and visualization, as well as experience in Google Analytics.Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex analytical findings effectively to a variety of audiences and tell compelling stories with data.A growth mindset, demonstrating proactive learning, initiative, and ownership, including identifying opportunities for reporting and analytics improvements and working independently in dynamic, remote environments.Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, build partnerships across the organization, and flexibly overlap with U.S. Eastern Time when required; data engineering or Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
