Description: We are seeking Remediation Analysts to support a high-visibility regulatory initiative related to Certificate of Deposit (CD) renewal practices. These roles will be instrumental in validating customer remediation calculations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting restitution efforts for impacted customers. Key Responsibilities: + Validate account-level data to confirm customer populations eligible for remediation. + Review and verify calculation methodologies to ensure accurate restitution amounts. + Conduct interest backdating calculations for operational issues. + Tag and categorize customer accounts based on scope and calculation complexity. + Generate daily and weekly progress reports on validation and calculation activities. + Collaborate with internal teams to support audit and regulatory documentation requirements. Skills & Qualifications: + 3–5 years in banking, finance, or accounting. + Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP; Macros a plus). + Experience with Power BI dashboards and bulk data manipulation. + Bkgrd in consumer deposit products (CDs, savings, checking, Zelle). + Familiarity with customer remediation or restitution projects. + Preferred Backgrounds: Banking, regulatory compliance, financial data analysis. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
