Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking a Data Analyst. This position requires excellent analytical skills, superb communication skills and ability to work across a culturally and geographically diverse team and partners. The role involves supporting FIBE data applications, ControlM batch environment, AWS Batch environment and underlying platforms. Responsibilities: * Applying analysis skills to identify root cause of Production data issues and batch cycle issues, and remediate the same * Participating in on-call rotation for Production support, shared with other members on the team * Facilitate change reviews and change deployments * Propose and implement process improvements to gain efficiencies of scale across the team in US and India * Automating manual tasks, including partnering with the respective engineering teams * Partnering with engineering and enterprise teams to maintain a stable production environment * Recommend and/or develop solutions to prevent the issue from reoccurring
