Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Endpoint Detection and Response Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, process, and analyze data from various sources and present findings that inform critical business operations.
As a key contributor to our data strategy, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights and key metrics. Your visualizations will empower stakeholders at all levels to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and KPIs for dashboard solutions.
Ensure dashboards are scalable, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.
Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh schedules for efficiency and usability.
Conduct regular maintenance and updates of existing dashboards based on evolving business needs.
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations through compelling visuals and storytelling.
Work with business units to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and support reporting needs.
Perform statistical analysis to support hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to support data-driven decision-making.
