The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, interpreting data needs, and designing effective business solutions. This role involves developing insightful and visually compelling Tableau reports to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will mentor junior team members by sharing domain expertise and providing guidance on data interpretation and analysis best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field 5+ years of experience in SQL and Tableau with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures 4+ years of business analytics work experience 3+ years of experience in working with visualization tools such as tableau 2+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test, and implementation) Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes Demonstrated excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualification:
4+ years of experience with reporting and analyzing large amounts of data
