Job Description Insight Global is searching for a detail-oriented Data & Platform Insights Analyst to join a leading bank in downtown Toronto. This role supports the a sales platform and contributes to platform enhancements, reporting, and adoption measurement. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and improve digital tool usage across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Transformation of reports into dashboards. Manual creation of PowerPoint slides for leadership updates. Analyze advisor engagement with digital tools (e.g., frequency of page visits). Participate in meetings to reschedule tools and support new functionality rollouts. Skills and Requirements 35 years of data visualization experience. Salesforce Lightning and CRMa Power bi Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write advanced queries. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience in banking or financial services.
