In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in data to drive strategic decisions, optimize operations, and uncover key insights within the dynamic online video industry. If you're a self-starter with a deep interest in digital media and a talent for translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, we encourage you to apply. ● Design, develop, and maintain operational dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. ● Utilize SQL to query, analyze, and synthesize large datasets from relational databases, contributing to database definition and schema design. ● Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and digital media consumption patterns, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. ● Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and communications for various stakeholders. ● Data cleansing and upload to data warehouse. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. ● Champion data analytics best practices and contribute to the development of our data infrastructure. ● Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline. ● 1+ years of experience in operations analytics or business analytics. ● Proficient in advanced SQL for complex data querying, database definition and schema design ● Proficiency in Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides). ● Proven experience in building and presenting operational dashboards. ● Deep interest in the online video industry, digital media consumption patterns, and technology business principles. ● Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas and large datasets into simple and intuitive communications, balancing deep analytical rigor with actionable insights. ● Passion for data analytics and infrastructure. ● Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. **Salary:** The base salary range for this position is $80,217-$114,596 that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
