We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with solid experience in data analytics and proficiency in SQL to join our team temporarily. The successful candidate will be key in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from our ERP system (M1) to support our business operations and decision-making processes. The primary focus will be assessing gross margins, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing actionable insights through reports and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: • Data Extraction: Utilize SQL to extract material and labor data from the M1 ERP system on a per-shipment basis. • Gross Margin Analysis: Perform detailed gross margin assessments by analyzing material, labor, and overhead costs as a percent of revenue. • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports to communicate findings, trends, and insights to organizational stakeholders. • Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with the team to design and implement interactive dashboards that visualize crucial metrics and KPIs, enabling real-time monitoring and datadriven decision-making. • Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by conducting regular audits and validating data sources. • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to requests for specific data analyses, reports, and visualizations to support various business functions.

Cognytics experience is highly desired • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and promptly. Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 3. What do they need to know day 1 that you are not willing to train on? What are the must have’s you need to see on a resume? – deep comfort with data systems, don’t need to be prfcient in debits/credits accounting, or understanding manufacturing process – its just the strength in data, comfort and confidence to go into m1 and learn it a. On a resume I want to see them moving across multiple platforms, breath of knowledge across various platforms 4. What are the nice to have’s, that would be like a bonus for this person to have to succeed in the role? a. M1 exposure or some sort of manufacturing ERP would really help b. Proficience in SQL is a big one – that indicates a level of capability that will help them accelerate 5. How many years of experience – learning attitude, enthusiasm for job can make up for a lack of experience. Would love someone more seasoned but, sometimes they are too set in how they do things, less flexible. Need to be an active listener, youthfulness of a learning attitude, don’t want to discount someone at 30 yoe. targeting 3-5 YOE sweet spot

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
