This role will focus on analyzing data sets, identifying trends and insights, exporting data out of our Regulatory and Quality systems/tools, and visualizing data in PowerBi dashboards. The data analyst will work closely with several teams within a global organization (quality and regulatory department) to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions. + Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various source systems using data visualization tools. + Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. + Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business performance. + Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through data cleansing and validation techniques. + Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on findings. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Computer Science, IT, or programming, (or related field). + 2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data mining. + Proven experience in creating interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations + SQL or other programming languages incl.
