Key Responsibilities

Develop, design and maintain accurate and efficient data models to support the agency compensation analysisAnalyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to aid decision-making processesCreate and manage detailed to simulate compensation scenarios ad projectionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business objectivesProvide intelligence and reporting to monitor the impact of related agency compensation and remunerationLeverage various tools and techniques to optimize data accuracy and efficiencyUnderstand and incorporate agency distribution metrics into modelling processPresent data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise formatAutomate workflows and analyze large datasets

Job Requirements

Advanced proficiency in reporting and visualization toolsExperience in master Tableau, Python and Excel is highly preferrably Knowledge in SQL and scripting and programming languages is a plus
