**Job Description:** **Job Title: Data & AI Analyst & Senior Billing Specialist** **Location:** Aupark Tower, Bratislava **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with 2-3 days per week in the office We are looking for a unique hybrid profile — someone who enjoys diving into data and AI tools and takes pride in accurate, reliable billing work. This role offers the best of both worlds: the opportunity to explore modern data & AI solutions while supporting key finance processes. **Your key responsibilities:** **70% – Data & AI Responsibilities:** - Analyze and interpret business data to support decisions and identify trends - Create dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BI - Support automation of recurring tasks using Python or AI tools - Contribute to AI-driven projects such as forecasting, segmentation, or workflow optimization - web development skill, nice to have **30% – Billing Responsibilities:** - Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices - Maintain accurate billing records and support month-end reporting - Communicate with internal teams to ensure proper billing inputs and approvals - Work closely with finance to support reconciliation and data consistency **What we’re looking for:** - Solid experience in data analysis and billing/finance administration - SQL and Power BI skills are required (not optional) - Interest in AI and ability to use automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AutoML, Python, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and structured working style - English proficiency (written and spoken); [add local language if required] **What we offer:** - A balanced role: 50% data/AI + 50% billing - Opportunity to work on AI projects and business automation - Development support in both data analytics and finance operations - Friendly and supportive team culture **Work Conditions:** - Full-time position - Standard working hours (e.g., 9:00–17:00 CET) - Office-based role (Bratislava), with flexibility as needed **- Compensation** : Salary starting at **2,980 EUR/gross** .
