We’re looking for a Data & AI Analyst to join our team and work on a blend of tasks including data analysis, dashboard creation, automation, and AI solution development.
This role also includes supporting a project focused on the verification of first invoices, including reading invoices in image/PDF form and evaluating their content using AI/ML techniques.
This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with hands-on AI innovation across multiple teams.

What You’ll Do – Key ResponsibilitiesData & AI Development & Integration (60%)Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends and support decision-makingCreate dashboards and reports using SQL and Power BIAutomate recurring tasks using Python and AI toolsDevelop AI-driven solutions such as forecasting, segmentation, chatbots, and workflow optimizationDesign and implement solutions for invoice verification, including automated reading and content extraction from scanned or image-based invoices (using OCR and NLP tools)Work with technologies like ChatGPT, AutoML, LangChain, Tesseract OCR, Azure Form Recognizer, or similarResearch, AI Strategy & Adoption (30%)Stay up to date on AI/ML trends and recommend practical solutionsSupport AI adoption across the organization and help train usersWork on proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for new AI use casesCollaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver data/AI-driven business valueCollaboration & Independent Work (10%)Lead or independently deliver tasks related to AI integration into existing systemsEnsure solutions are aligned with both technical requirements and business objectivesWho You Are – RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBackground in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Business Analytics, or similarHands-on experience with data analytics and/or AI development projectsProficiency in:  - SQL and Power BI for data querying and visualization  - Python (especially pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)  - OCR/NLP tools for document processing (e.g., Tesseract, Azure Cognitive Services, Hugging Face models)Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, and chatbot frameworks is a strong plusStrong attention to detail, structured working styleFluent in English (spoken and written)What We OfferOpportunity to work on innovative AI projects with real-world impactInvolvement in a key finance automation project (invoice verification with OCR)Flexible hybrid work in a modern office environmentFriendly and supportive team cultureProfessional growth in areas like LLMs, NLP, OCR, and data analyticsSalary starting from 2,980 EUR gross/month, final amount based on experience and skillsInterested?
