This will be a fixed term 12-month contract with potential of extension. The role offers an exciting opportunity providing end-to-end specification management support for different systems and stakeholder functions. Your responsibilities include building and interpreting technical reports and system design documents, building search reports and end to end testing, planning and implementing assigned processes, taking corrective actions and managing cross category stakeholders. You will use your technology area knowledge to meet the business needs and will work multifunctional stakeholders internally and externally.
How you will contribute
Provide specification management support to ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support for specifications processes
Work on continuous improvement initiatives
Work across functions on specifications reviews, approvals and change notifications
Ability to work with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Ensure data consistency and completeness
Manage the PLM Change Request process involving enhancements or new requirements to specification systems
What you will bring
Working knowledge of SAP PLM system or similar specification management systems
Good analytical skill and use of tools for data analysis
Prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines consistently
Requirements:
Degree in Data Management, Food Technology, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
Experience working with SAP PLM (or any other Product Life Cycle Management platform) & SharePoint
System & Process oriented with high level of attention to detail
Full- proficiency in English (both written & spoken)
Knowledge and experience in developing Power BI dashboards is an added advantage
Good Excel skills for data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Excel functions
Proven effective communication skills with stakeholders
Working hours flexibility as this is a global role
