Job Description

 

Answer calls promptly and professionally, handling guest inquiries and directing calls appropriately.

Provide information about hotel services and local attractions, taking accurate messages when necessary.

Assist with wake-up calls and coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.

Maintain updated call records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in handling guest information.

Uphold Anantara brand standards in all communications and guest interactions.

 

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in hospitality or customer service preferredFluent in English; additional language a plusExcellent communication skills and professional phone etiquetteAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills; knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) beneficialFlexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysPositive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
