Job Summary:  This is a fantastic opportunity for current Eden clients who are looking to hire a new nanny. Currently their daughter is in nursery in the mornings, and they are expecting a baby in January. Dad travels often to work and travel will be required when he is on location (USA, Europe and Uk) This is a mixture of sole and shared care and the nanny who is hired should be comfortable in both and confident to look after two children when the baby arrives. A maternity nurse will be with the baby for the first few months. The family also have a very friendly cat  

Extra information: Dad is an actor and travels frequently for his role, you will need to be happy to travel and flexible when on location. The older daughter will be starting school in September 2026

Job specification: 

A mixture of sole and shared care All normal nursery duties for both children – including the children’s laundry, preparing healthy snacks and meals and keeping their play areas tidy Travelling with the family Planning activities and arranging play dates for the children that are educationally focused and focused on development Packing school bags and packing for travel Managing the children’s social and academic calendars (older daughter) Working in a team with mum

 


Candidate specification:

It is essential you have experience working with babies and pre-school aged children An understanding of the early years and developmental stages is a must Willing to travel worldwide for long period of times An EU or British passport holder for travel with no restrictions Fluent English skills and a bonus for French speaker Excellent organisational skills, good time management and a degree of flexibility when needed (due to the father’s job) Excellent communication skills are important – able to work closely with the parents Able to juggle two children, someone energetic, active and enjoys being outdoors Professional and discreet is essential Childcare qualifications are required Happy to work in a home with a cat Excellent checkable references and proven longevity in previous roles

Enhanced dbs. dated within the year and pediatric first aid will be required at offer stage
