Job Summary: This lovely young family who have just had their second child is looking to hire a dedicated nanny asap. They live between Camden and kings cross and are wanting a nanny ideally who knows the area and will be happy to explore with their children, someone who is not afraid to travel on public transport across London or who can drive. Mum is on maternity leave and will be going back to work in March. The little boy is descried as happy very energetic, curious and is on a great schedule with a 2-hour nap during the day, he has embraced his little sister
Extra information: The oldest boy will be starting nursery in March a few mornings a week. The grandparents live close by, and the family would hope that the nanny is happy to take the children or pick them up from there at times. There are no pets in the home, and the family do not require any travelling with them on holidays
Job specification:
Sole charge care with a mix of shred while mum is on Maternity leave Planning activities and arranging playdates that will be appropriate age Assisting in all the developmental milestones for both children. Normal nursery duties include the children’s laundry, managing their wardrobes, keeping the play areas tidy and organized Preparing nutritious meals for the children Nursery runs when the older boy starts
Candidate specification:
It is essential you have recent experience with this age group and are confident on all the early years milestones Fluent English skills, native level is required to help encourage reading and speech A driver would be a bonus but not essential Ideally someone local who knows the area well – someone who is familiar with clubs and classes locally would be a huge plus and who is happy to mix with other nannies etc Someone who is active who can keep up with a very active toddler
Enhanced dbs. dated within the year and paediatric first aid will be required at offer stage
