Job Summary:
A kind hearted and welcoming family in Mayfair are seeking a highly experienced, professional Daily Nanny to help care for their delightful 6 month old baby boy.
This is their first time hiring a nanny, so they’re looking for someone who is not only confident and knowledgeable with infant development, but also warm, gentle, and reassuring as they navigate early parenthood.
You’ll be working in a shared care arrangement, offering hands-on support and guidance to first time parents. The ideal nanny will be naturally nurturing, calm under pressure, and respectful of parental involvement.
The household is fully staffed, with two full-time Housekeepers employed.
Days and Hours:
5 days per week – Saturday and 4x days during the week 40 hours per week – Saturday 9am to 5pm, 4x days during the week 7:30am to 3:30pm
Job specification:
Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities Daily outings to parks and playgrounds Full nursery duties (changing nappies, weaning, baby laundry, etc.) Reading books, settling for naps, and maintaining a consistent routine Supporting early milestones and providing gentle sleep guidance Collaborating closely with mum while also taking initiative
Candidate specification:
Fluent English speaker Demonstrated experience with infants of a similar age Discreet, flexible, and confident working alongside parents Happy to work in shared care role with mum Qualification in sleep training highly desirable Strong knowledge of child development and routines Willing and able to travel with the family in Europe for 1 month in August – Additional 2 to 3 weeks of travel in December
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
