A family located in Chiswick is looking for a highly competent, experienced, and professional Housekeeper to oversee the daily running of their home. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out all day-to-day housekeeping duties, managing wardrobes, and interacting with all contractors, including gardener, to ensure proper maintenance of all aspects of the property.
This role requires someone with excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive, forward-thinking approach. It is a hands-on position suited to someone who is not only meticulous with housekeeping but also confident in managing the overall organisation of the home. While there are no childcare duties (a nanny is employed), the family is looking for someone who is warm and comfortable around children.

Overseeing the daily running of the home and ensuring a high standard of organisation and cleanliness Daily cleaning duties around the home Organising and tidying around the home Laundry and ironing Wardrobe management, including seasonal wardrobe changeovers Washing and changing bedding Management of household supplies, toiletries etc. and replenishing as needed Answering the door, taking deliveries and running errands Online orders and liaising with nanny Liaising with and overseeing contractors when working in the home
Candidate specification:
Experience working in a private home undertaking all housekeeping duties to a high standard is required for this position A fluent English speaker is required however, Spanish would be a bonus Someone who is forward thinking, super organised, proactive and can manage their own day Wardrobe management experience
