Job Summary:  This is a great opportunity to work in a child friendly household with school aged children based in Fulham. They are looking for a well presented, highly organised Housekeeper who can help the nanny when needed with the children. This role will require overtime one Saturday a month where you will be helping the parents with the children.

The family are looking for a flexible candidate who is used to managing the everyday upkeep of the home and has excellent communication and organisational skills. Mum does work from home, and dad travels quite a bit, this is a semi formal household, and the ideal housekeeper will be familiar with delicate fabrics and materials, and able to be very discreet and professional.

Extra information: The family are currently in a rental home while their own home is under renovation in the same area

Job specification:

All Housekeeping duties (cleaning, laundry, ironing) Wardrobe management (experience with looking after delicate/expensive clothes and handbags) Helping set the table at mealtimes Grocery shopping Preparing basic healthy meals for the children only when needed Running local errands, grocery m dry cleaners, post office etc Flower arranging and ensuring the home is always presentable Help with the children as needed Traveling with the family up to 3 weeks a year

Candidate specification:

Experience working with delicate fabrics silks and marble etc Well-presented and professional and discreet Ability to travel with the family up to 3 weeks per year Good time management, organised with a good eye for detail Must be confident with all aspects of housekeeper and cleaning Child friendly – happy to help with the children as needed

Enhanced dbs. dated within the year and paediatric first aid will be required at offer stage
Salary:  £70,000 Gross plus per annum depending on your experience
