**DESCRIPTION**
**We are looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team specializing in Project Management for our CSSNA On-Highway Business Segment in the United States (Remote).**
Role is remote and can be located anywhere in the United States.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Function as the single point of contact for assigned Transit customer accounts, managing the entire daily bids / RFQ bidding cycle to ensure bids are located, processed, and submitted on time.
+ Gather bids W/L data, analyze results, and summarize recommended actions for leadership.
+ Create and run bidding analytical dashboards and reports from appropriate databases.
+ Manage assigned customer accounts throughout the entire order life cycle, including new customer set-up, order entry/modification, and escalations.
+ Manage logistical needs to ensure orders are shipped to agreed deadlines.
+ Support leadership in creating a daily bids process with clear role clarity.
+ Collaborate closely with branch operations personnel upon bids award to ensure orders are fulfilled to meet all customer-specific requirements.
+ Resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research and a detailed understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
+ Provide timely and informative responses to meet Service Level Agreement requirements.
+ Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports.
+ Participate in process improvement projects.
+ Provide accurate documentation and continual communication to customers and key stakeholders throughout the daily bids / RFQ cycle.
+ Support Customer Order Management processes and Branch Parts department initiatives to function as a more productive customer support organization.
+ Utilize CSSNA order entry and management systems (BMS) to manage bids.

**Preferred Skillsets:**
+ Knowledge of and past experience using Cummins Business Management System (BMS) in an Operations or Parts Management capacity.
+ Experience working with Branch Operations and understanding their roles and responsibilities.
+ Ability to create analytical dashboards and utilize reporting tools.
**Education/Experience**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
+ Significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Compensation (for United States):**
Base salary range: $26.54 - $39.81
