Your Role as a Brand Ambassador is to:

Engage & interact with customers in 1:1 and large group settings with passion, energy, and knowledge of Samsung productsDemo Dacor products and position the brand based on consumer lifestylesAssist in driving sales and customer experienceAlways maintain a high energy and professional attitudeCreate a memorable and positive experience for customers

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication skills and experience in consumer-facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.)Always energetic with a big personality and ability to “hype” a group as small as 1, to as large as 100Interested in one or more areas in technology, social media, gaming, music, and Health & WellnessAbility to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customersFlexible and adaptable with a passion for teamwork and innovation

What We Offer

Weekly pay, $26/hr + 10% incentive  Thursday – Saturday scheduleWork from 5/11/26 – 10/25/26Next day pay on-demand with Daily Pay$30 monthly mobile reimbursement

Job Description:

Provide a polished concierge level in-store experience for our retail partner’s customers who are considering a Dacor purchaseCultivate one-on-one relationship with top performing Retail Sales AssociatesWork with sales associates to produce sales quotes and generate leads. While this is not a sales position directly, assisting with sales is a key factor in supporting our retail partners in the storesProvide training and knowledge to Retail Sales Associates related to Dacor brand, products, and promotion programs that help them close salesAct as a key resource for all Dacor product categoriesMaintain all Dacor merchandise standards in-store and ensure all products are clean, bright and always demo readyAnswer on-call inquiries; Retail Sales Associates have email and phone access to Regional Trainers to obtain timely information needed to close salesProvide support to the Dacor sales team (DSMs, RSMs, Trade Reps), and other internal parties with respect to premium training and products as requiredMaintain and update marketing and training materials for assigned product areasCollect competitive insights and reports on activities completed in the retailerAll other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

Performance Measurements:

Completion of all required daily trainings activities, surveys, reports and data collection as requiredCompletion of all required merchandising or product placement within the locationAttendance of shifts meets or exceeds expectations for the programMeet or exceed all established KPIs for your assigned locationProviding competitive and meaningful insights around Dacor products inside the locationEnsure all project deliverables are completed as specified in each timeframeProactively identify and implement enhancements for training efficiency and productivityClearly and concisely communicate all challenges and solutionsActively pursue opportunities to enhance training and design skills, stay abreast of industry trends, and embrace new technologies

Qualifications:

Three (3) to Five (5) years minimum experience in sales or trainingExperience in appliances, luxury appliances, or related industryMust reside within commuting distance of the assigned retail locationAvailability during program and store operation hours
