About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Program Manager to lead a major ERP transformation initiative. This high-impact role requires a seasoned professional with strong program management skills and deep functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end ERP delivery, from strategy through execution-ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and business alignment. This is not a "check-the-box" PM role-we're looking for someone hands-on, who can drive results, influence stakeholders, and roll up their sleeves when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O, including project planning, governance, budgeting, and execution
*

Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define ERP strategy, business requirements, and integration plans
*

Act as a trusted advisor and solution architect, bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution
*

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams including internal resources, partners, and system integrators
*

Own risk management, change management, and stakeholder communication throughout the program
*

Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business value

Ideal Candidate Profile:

8+ years of experience in ERP program/project management, preferably in global or multi-entity environments
*

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (AX or D365 implementations required)
*

Strong understanding of finance, operations, supply chain, and integration architectures
*

Background as a Solution Architect or Technical/Functional Lead is highly preferred
*

Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide digital transformations
*
