Job DescriptionWork closely with the IT team to ensure integration of eCommerce systems, applications, and technologies. Domain area: eCommerceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient workflows and processes (e2e).Develop detailed documentation of end-to-end processes for eCommerce operations.Prepare customer specification documents for SAP ERP implementation and integration and align it with respective Process Owner.Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.Create and maintain process standards and guidelines.Provide training and support on new processes and systems.Organize and coordinate test phases from e2e process perspectiveParticipate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution environment. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, process design, and documentation.Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and processes (focus on Order-To-Cash) and integration with eCommerce platforms.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and design.Experience in project management and change management methodologies is preferred.
