Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic Business Partner between the Digital & Technology function and the Revenue team. Collaborate with global teams to analyze, adopt, and deploy standard digital solutions. Design scalable, future-proof digital solutions that enable the evolution and optimization of revenue-related business processes. Recommend digital alternatives for process simplification and optimization, benchmarking best practices inside and outside the organization. Develop business cases with a strong emphasis on the value and measurable benefits of the proposed transformations. Manage internal and external development teams, ensuring delivery quality, compliance with security standards, and proactive identification of risks and impacts. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions within the Revenue domain, ensuring continuous improvement and high levels of internal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related fields, with demonstrable knowledge of Statistics. 5+ years of experience in technology and digital roles. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of revenue, pricing, and promotion processes. Agile mindset with the ability to make smart, fast decisions. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Data-driven approach with a strong focus on problem solving and value delivery. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with advanced analytics solutions, including data exploration and interpretation.
