**Cycle Counter** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of cycle counting processes. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy of our 30,000 location warehouse inventory, and the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cycle counts, performing audits, and ensuring inventory integrity. **Responsibilities** + Conduct scheduled cycle counts of inventory in operations, warehouse, and receiving. + Perform random audits on outbound shipments to ensure accuracy. + Maintain inventory accuracy within a 30,000 location warehouse. + Utilize SAP systems, including Oracle and PKMS, for inventory management. + Cross train in the Label Room, including receiving, weighing, and staging products. + Collaborate directly with inventory teams and production/warehouse supervisors. **Essential Skills** + Experience in inventory management and cycle counting (1 to 2 years preferred). + Proficiency in SAP systems, Oracle, PKMS, and Atomic. + Strong math and communication skills. + Effective decision-making abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work well with people at all levels. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team where your contributions are valued, and opportunities for cross-training and skill development are encouraged. It also requires climbing into and out of scissor lifts when necessary, with the remaining time spent in an office environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Ankeny, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
