What We Offer: Pay of $17.19 First Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday PPE Provided Temp-to-hire opportunity Health Benefits 401(k) What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED Excellent attendance record Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Effective communication with both warehouse and office staff Team-oriented attitude Forklift experience preferred, but not required What You’ll Do as a Cycle Counter: Perform daily cycle counts across warehouse inventories Reconcile inventory discrepancies by analyzing receipts, issues, and misplaced or unreported items Maintain inventory location control and update location data as needed Investigate and resolve negative inventory balances Collaborate with team members to improve inventory accuracy and systems Notify supervisors of practices causing inventory errors Frequently climb, bend, twist, and lift items (20–25 lbs) Walk and transport parts between plant locations, including working at heights
