Job Responsibilities:

Perform Daily Cycle Counts, research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and location reports.Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.Identify and communicate opportunities to promote First-In, First-OutProvide feedback to management on mis-located parts.Assist all Warehouse Drivers in locating materials, as required.Provide daily Production Schedule for Punch and Weld Lines.Participate in the Engineering Change process as it relates to the Material function.Participate in meetings with engineering team to ensure changes are on time and complete.Maintain Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Database, as required.Drive PMHV, specifically a picker.Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities.Always maintain a clean and organized work areaCycle Counter Team MemberAlways follow all safety rules and regulations and report any accident, injury, or near miss to your supervisor immediately and report any unsafe work conditions in the workplace.Strive to meet or exceed departmental performance objectives on a daily basis as directed by Management.Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by Supervisor or Manager.Submit cost reduction and innovation ideas.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
