Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter 2nd Shift at 7800 Trade Center Avenue in El Paso, TX. The hours are Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The rate for this position is $17.68 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential. **This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program** .Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** • Assist in the development and maintenance of the cycle count program. • Conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and frequency parameters in the ERP system. • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor-managed inventory, and transit material. • Generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy. • Work with team members to streamline processes. • Perform root cause analysis on errors. • Manage & Update standard operating procedures for the inventory management system. • Lead yearly physical inventory process and develop standard work instructions. • Train new employees on yearly physical inventory processes **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience with Microsoft (primarily Excel) • Previous inventory experience • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
