We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer - Channels. In this role, you will empower Cisco's partners to successfully build, position, and deliver our industry-leading security solutions. You'll apply your expertise to enable partner success, drive demand, and protect customers across the entire charge continuum.

Serve as the domain expert in Cisco Security SolutionsProvide guidance and assist partners in building solutions within their security practiceEnable partners' pre- and post-sales teams to be successful throughout the sales process, including product Proof of ValueDeliver solution/technology/product consulting, technical and sales supportTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsPresent and document technical solutions effectivelyFacilitate in-depth and high-level technical presentations for partners and customersMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of technical sales or pre-sales experience5+ years of experience in Security specialization or solutions such as IDS/IPS, AV, Firewall, and Advanced Malware Protection technologies or equivalentExperience with low-layer (packet level) IP networking and thorough understanding of network security

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in EE/CS or equivalent experienceStrong presentation and interpersonal skillsSuccessful quota achievementConsistent record of leading and winning technical and high-value IT security projectsExperience delivering training courses and prior experience with Cisco or competitive security technologiesExperience with programming languages such as UNIX shell, Perl, or C#WeAreCisco
