Responsible for overseeing a team of cybersecurity platform development professionals, managing security development operations, implementing security development strategies, and ensure the protection of ADP's sensitive data and systems across the organization. Oversee strategic SOAR Development planning, including developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity platform development strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risk process automation across the organization, while leading development projects serving incident response teams, including monitoring security systems performance, and security breach investigations. Ensure adherence to relevant cybersecurity change management regulations and industry standards, while evaluating and managing security change management risks associated with third-party vendors. Lead internal ADP client meetings to plan Security Development projects, gather/define requirements to develop prevention, detection, and response capabilities within Cyber security and Fraud platforms Engage with cross-functional leaders from Global Security (GSO), Global Product and Technology (GPT) and Global Enterprise Technology & Solutions (GETS) to plan and coordinate SOAR Platform and Security Data Warehouse Change Management. Manage SOAR Development Project Portfolio to balance security development workload across SOAR, Platform and Integrations teams. Review SOAR Development team performance conducts daily Agile Development standouts, and monitors engagement and performance pulses. Oversee operational planning and execution for two different groups, including SOAR Dev and Platforms and Integrations Dev. Oversees weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end operational reports, as well as oversees budget allocation and resource allocation. Work with IT development & Product Management areas to build key enrichment & integration from ADP Products and supporting platforms. Design, build & maintain cyber & fraud Alerts. Provide support in troubleshooting Production issues.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required.Work Experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: Development and management of SOAR Platform front-end UI and back-end MongoDB; Design, configure, and implementation of solution design to meet functional requirements; Design UI and UX, including Dashboards, Navigation Mapping, Reports, and User Access Control Frameworks; Lead efforts to gather/define requirements to develop prevention, detection, and response capabilities within Cyber security and Fraud platforms; Analyze Business & Functional Requirements to develop technical designs; Developing Architectural, Infrastructure and Process Documentation; Technical design documentation including Data Flows, Data Dictionary design; Configure and Develop SOAR Applications, Robotic Process Automation including Playbooks and Workflows, Notifications, API Integration, and Packaging; Troubleshoot functional issues under rapidly evolving security events; Managing SOAR user accounts (e.g., bulk user uploads, user account creation) and handle User Access Control audits annually and ad hoc; Leveraging APIs to pull and push data from different data sources to update records in SOAR; Design, build & maintain cyber & fraud Alert catalogs; Design Architecture for Security Platform components and Integrations in line with robust Security Technical ecosystem; Cloud and Container Security; Security Orchestration and Response (SOAR) Platform development- Swimlane or Tines; Python and SQL; MongoDB; Security Data Analysis; Powershell; Microsoft .NET Technology Suite; Snowflake SIEM; MS SQL Security Data Warehouse; and Reporting platform: Tableau, Grafana.
