Your Responsibilities
Manage the internal Rules Lifecycle Management from creation to revokingAlign with relevant stakeholder in Business and IT for this managementOversee the Compliance framework and the needed adaption within the OESL Business & IT organizationCollaborate with Regional Security Management to proof, train, track and follow-up constantly the use of centrally defined rules, regulations & standards within the local organization unitsContribute to the Cybersecurity Risk Management by regularly conducted Risk Business Case analysis, identify together with Business & IT stakeholder the prioritization and relevant risk mitigation measures, define the needed activities and initialize the realizationContribute to the concept, the realization and the operation of an OESL ISMS systemAct as the primary contact and coordinator in case of project involvements of external service providerSupport continuous process improvements and enhancementsMaintain clear communication with internal teams and management regarding Rule Lifecycle Management, Risk Management and ISMSKeep up-to-date with industry trendsQualificationsYour Profile
Broad experience in IT security or cybersecurity, with solid understanding of Rules Lifecycle Management, Compliance frameworks e.g. IATF, TISAX, NIS-2 and Exception handling proceduresProven experience in ISO 27001Good regulatory knowledge of a.m. frameworksAbility to communicate effectively across different organizational levels and teamsAnalytical mindset with pragmatic problem-solving skills and a collaborative working styleFluent in English, both written and spokenAdditional InformationWhat we offer:
Compensation package: 14th salaries plus performance bonusLunch Allowance: in line with local regulationFlexibility - Flexible schedule, hybrid work.Home-Office - Employees received 1,00€ net for each Home-Office day, paid monthly.Work Abroad - Possibility to work abroad within the EU for 20+20 days per year (two different countries).Vacation days - 22 days per year + 3 extra days the following year (considering absenteeism).
