Job Description Insight Global is seeking at Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the implementation of a new cloud-based cybersecurity platform, Zscaler. The purpose of this implementation is to improve secure connectivity and threat protection across a global user base. The scope of the project includes Secure Web Gateway using Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), enabling secure remote access to internal applications using Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and China western internet access replacement to ensure connectivity and compliance for users in mainland China. As the Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will work cross-functionally to: - Manage vendor engagement and coordination (Zscaler) - Deploy ZIA and ZPA agents across all endpoints via MDM (macOS and Windows) - Plan DNS and web filtering policies and remote access policies - Oversee firewall policy integration - Secure access optimization for China connectivity - Decommission legacy DNS and web filtering technologies - Develop communication, training, and support materials - Own Change Management - will impact the entire organization (~1800 people) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements - Proven success managing security infrastructure rollouts, ideally in mid-to-large enterprises - Previous experience implementing Zscaler - Familiarity with SASE, ZTNA, or cloud security platforms. - Ability to lead change, manage communication and develop training to support users during technology transitions - PROSCI qualified is preferred but not required - Previous experience operating in an Agile and Scrum environment - Experience working with international teams, particularly where deployment spans North America, Europe, and China - PROSCI certification for Change Management - Scrum Certifications - Previous experience with Palo Alto and Cisco null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
