We’re seeking cybersecurity professionals at mid, senior, and lead levels. Whether you’re guiding a project team, designing enterprise architectures, or leading program-wide cybersecurity strategy, you’ll play a vital role in protecting what matters most. 

Minimum Requirements (All Levels) 

BS degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Mid-Level: ~5–8 years of related experience Senior: ~8–10 years of related experience SME: 10+ years of related experience with demonstrated progression into leadership roles Proven experience providing cybersecurity and/or cyber defense support to large, complex organizations Knowledge of emerging cyber threats and corresponding cyber defense tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Strong communication skills to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders Ability to work in highly regulated, mission-critical environments 

Role Expectations by Level 

Mid-Level Cybersecurity Professional (~5–8 years) 

Execute security engineering, monitoring, and analysis tasks Implement established cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards Contribute to incident response, vulnerability assessments, and remediation efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with relevant frameworks Recommend improvements to security posture based on current threat intelligence 

Senior Cybersecurity Professional (~8–10 years) 

Lead complex cybersecurity projects from design through implementation Develop and optimize enterprise cybersecurity architectures and roadmaps Mentor junior and mid-level team members Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized domains (e.g., network defense, application security, threat hunting) Interface with leadership to align security initiatives with mission priorities 

Cybersecurity Lead / SME (10+ years) 

Oversee cybersecurity strategy and program execution for large organizations (1,000+ personnel) Lead teams of 10+ cybersecurity professionals across multiple disciplines and locations Direct enterprise-wide incident response and risk management programs Shape and influence long-term security policies, architectures, and investments Act as the primary liaison with executive leadership and key stakeholders on cybersecurity matters 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or other federal cybersecurity programs Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent Experience in high-availability and mission-critical operational environments Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles and cloud security strategies

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
