About the Role
Oracle Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Metrics Architect to design and manage a performance measurement strategy that enables data-driven decision-making across our security program. This role will define how we measure progress, communicate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement—supporting operational discipline, regulatory readiness, and strategic alignment across a federated enterprise.
You’ll work closely with security leaders, risk teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver metrics that matter bridging the gap between technical execution and executive insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a unified cybersecurity metrics framework aligned to strategic priorities, operational performance, and risk reduction. Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across core security domains, including identity, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance, and product security. Design and deliver dashboards and reports that meet the needs of both technical and executive audiences. Partner across teams to source, normalize, and validate data from various systems and tools. Translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic decisions and investment planning. Establish governance processes for data quality, refresh cadence, and metric ownership.Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, analytics, or data-driven program management. Prefer strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics Experience designing dashboards, reports, or performance scorecards for security or technology organizations. Familiarity with statistical concepts and comfort interpreting trends, variance, and correlation in data. Ability to synthesize technical data into concise, compelling business insights. Understanding of common security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls). Experience working across teams in a large, complex organization; healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.Why This Role Matters
