Cybersecurity Manager - PKI (Remote)

As a key leader within the Cybersecurity organization, this role will manage the PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) team with a focus on delivering scalable certificate automation solutions across the Home Depot enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong people leadership, project management expertise, and a solid understanding of technical systems to guide the team’s efforts in supporting applications and devices enterprise-wide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts responsible for certificate lifecycle automation and data integration.Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency for platforms issuing and managing certificates.Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, application, and security teams to align certificate services with enterprise needs.Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans.Support team development through coaching, performance management, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in people management and leading technical teams.Familiarity with PKI concepts, certificate management platforms, and cybersecurity principles.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to balance technical oversight with strategic leadership.

Travel Requirements:

No travel required.


Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.


Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.


Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of previous leadership experience


Minimum Education:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
