Responsibilities
Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data collection, processing, and storageCollaborate with the team to integrate data engineering solutions that enhance security monitoring threat detection capabilitiesSupport the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI algorithms to improve platform performance and security insightsParticipate in the automation of deployment processes, monitoring, and maintenance tasks to ensure high availability and reliability of platformsContribute to the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to data processing, platform performance, and security vulnerabilitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvementsDocument processes, configurations, and workflows to support knowledge sharing and team efficiencyQualifications You Must Have:
Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internshipCurrently pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, or related fieldThe ability to maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is requiredBasic understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data managementExposure to DevOps tools and practices such as CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQLStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesStrong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and VisioAbility to work in a highly collaborative team environmentStrong organization skills and work ethic; detail orientedQualifications We Prefer:
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practicesExperience with cybersecurity tools and frameworksKnowledge of machine learning and AI techniquesHands-on experience with version control systems (e.g. GIT)This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.
