Specific activities may change from time to time. + Develop and maintain database monitoring strategies and policies to safeguard sensitive data. + Design, implement, enhance, maintain, and test database monitoring solutions for various systems and applications used throughout the enterprise. + Provide a new perspective on existing solutions, participate in the resolution of complex problems and exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Ensure that database monitoring solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. + Participate in risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address database monitoring related risks. + Provide expertise in database monitoring related incident response and forensic investigations, assisting in identifying root causes and implementing remediation measures. + Participate in cybersecurity projects with manageable risks and resource requirements; play a role in larger, more complex initiatives. + Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on database monitoring best practices and promote a culture of security awareness. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
