**Introduction** Business development and relative delivery for cybersecurity services in the Government Sector for IBM Consulting **Your role and responsibilities** The role is for a delivery & GTM Associate Partner hire in Cybersecurity. This is a lead role for the Italian Market to drive in 2025 $40M signing & $40m revenue, billable utilisation target for this hire is 30% Selected Clients for this hire will be across sectors but he will also manage other accounts if required. The person MUST have a strong Security domain knowledge, with extensive commercial experience to develop and managed strategic accounts in Italy. The person must have a local passport. This is a strategic role for the CSS Market growth. This individual will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, collaborating with market practice leaders and Customers at a high level to actively grow business development activities (support practice campaigns as a speaker at events, provide client presales presentations, help to lead IBMC engagements driving the delivery of security content. This is a critical lead role for the business & can't be performed by CIC, HCAM, Subcontractors as this role will be pivotal to the Market growth and there is no one ready for promotion to fill this role (check done).
