Cybersecurity Application Specialist

Candidates must already have valid EU work authorization. **About the Role** At **Sensitech EMEA** , a Carrier company, we are looking for a **Cybersecurity & Application Specialist** with a strong **Quality background** to join our team in Sassenheim, Netherlands. This role is essential to maintaining digital security and regulatory compliance for our pharmaceutical and medical device clients. You will work cross-functionally with **Quality, IT, and Global Cybersecurity** teams. A key responsibility will be managing the **Compliance Quest e-QMS** system, including access rights, configuration, and documentation. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field + Minimum **3 years of experience in a Quality role** , preferably in pharmaceutical or medical technology sectors + Strong working knowledge of **CAQ systems** (e.g. Compliance Quest, SAP QM, or similar) + Proven experience with **ISO 27001** and **ISO 9001:2015** compliance + Familiarity with OWASP, secure coding principles, and vulnerability management + Experience with cloud platforms such as **Azure** or **AWS** , and relational databases like SQL/PostgreSQL + Fluency in English + Valid work authorization in the Netherlands or EU (no visa sponsorship provided) **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Salesforce Compliance Quest, Jira, Rally, or TFS + Prior work in regulated companies such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, etc. + Knowledge of SaaS platforms, microservices, or distributed systems + Strong communication skills and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude **Key Responsibilities** + Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001:2015 across all relevant systems and processes + Support internal and external audits, acting as the lead point of contact + Coordinate penetration testing and lead risk mitigation activities + Prepare and maintain cybersecurity documentation and audit materials + Act as e-QMS administrator for Compliance Quest: managing access, permissions, and configuration + Serve as the internal SME for e-QMS use, workflows, and troubleshooting + Maintain a knowledge base for internal teams regarding system functionality and best practices **What We Offer** + Retirement savings plan + Comprehensive health insurance + Flexible working hours, vacation purchase options, and parental leave + Ongoing career development and internal growth opportunities + Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Join Sensitech and play a vital role in supporting secure, compliant operations across the EMEA region.
