We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Cybersecurity Analyst, SME. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partner ARN located in Poznan, Poland. This position is required to travel OCONUS. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Supports cybersecurity operations support services that span hardware and software tools and sensors, from the perimeter to endpoints; equipment; and policies, including incident response, compliance reporting, logging, RMF support, SCA, and CSSP support
Reports cybersecurity potential and anomalous system events and incidents to the Government and MP Lead
Responds to cybersecurity incidents with appropriate actions and countermeasures in accordance with the USAREUR-AF Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan and restores services that were impaired
Supports security incident response team requirements, including inspections, audits, policy review, strategy development, and recommendations to improve security posture
Tests and evaluates security patches for compatibility with security baselines, as well as new, replacement, trial, and test hardware/software brought into the authorization boundaries; resolves any configuration issues
Manages exceptions to policy workflows for portable electronic devices and coordinates with the Government for approval
Leads cybersecurity analysts and engineers in preparing and maintaining artifacts to support RMF packages and achieve ATO, including maintaining documentation, implementing and monitoring security controls, and reporting status
Reports information about the organization’s cyber posture in authoritative systems of record, including tracking and reporting status on applicable orders, directives, and POA&Ms
Performs periodic and on-demand vulnerability scans using approved tools (e.g., DISA STIG, ACAS), develops vulnerability trend reports on assets and program of record systems, and provides scan results to service providers
Compiles information and supports cyber evaluations, inspections, assessments, and exercises and implements recommendations and required actions that result from these activities
Performs logging activities, including configuration and operation of the centralized logging system, forwarding logs to the CSSP, auditing logs, validating logs, and providing reports to the Government
Serves as a mentor for other cybersecurity personnel assigned to the program and may participate in and contribute to strategic discussions and process/procedure development related to cybersecurity operations
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret with ability to maintain
BA/BS + 13 years
Certification - 8140 - CISM or CISSO or CPTE or CySA+ or FITSP-A or GCSA or CISA or CISSP or CISSP-ISSEP or GSLC or GSNA or Applicable degree ABET accredited/CAE designated or Training
Demonstrates extensive expertise in cybersecurity operations support, incident response, and compliance reporting across hardware and software tools, preferably in military and government environments.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Security Control Assessments (SCA), and Cyber Security Service
Provider (CSSP) support, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Exhibits mastery in managing complex cybersecurity programs, including vulnerability scanning, log management, maintaining artifacts for Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages, documentation development, and reporting.
Showcases exceptional analytical skills in assessing cybersecurity events, developing trend reports, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance overall security posture.
Displays strong leadership abilities to mentor junior staff, lead cybersecurity teams, and effectively communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact projects, applying domain expertise to solve intricate cybersecurity challenges, preferably in government and military environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
