As a Cybersecurity Analyst Lead, you will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, driving operational excellence and advancing Starbucks’ Zero Trust strategy. A successful Cybersecurity Analyst Lead on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team at Starbucks is a hands-on technical professional with expertise in identity lifecycle, authentication, and access governance. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will implement advanced capabilities such as hybrid authentication, automated identity lifecycle orchestration, and adaptive access controls. This is an opportunity to shape secure digital access at scale while delivering intelligent, seamless, and compliant identity experiences across a dynamic enterprise environment. _As a cybersecurity analyst lead, Identity and Authentication Services, you will…_ + Lead IAM initiatives and roadmap execution, including planning, prioritization, deployment, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of identity services supporting authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. + Define and maintain IAM standards, documentation, and workflows to ensure scalability, redundancy, disaster recovery readiness, and compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX and PCI. + Partner with cross functional teams to design and implement advanced workforce IAM capabilities that align with enterprise security and business objectives. + Translate complex technical challenges into actionable, value driven business solutions through strong communication and structured problem solving. + Drive continuous improvement and platform resilience through secure configuration practices, directory services integration, and high availability and failover capabilities across identity platforms. + Monitor and optimize IAM program performance by conducting risk assessments, technical evaluations, proof of concepts, and vendor assessments for emerging identity technologies. + Apply agile delivery methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum, to manage work intake, improve execution efficiency, and deliver IAM initiatives at scale. _We’d love to hear from people with:_ _Basic Qualifications_ + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or 4+ years of relevant experience. + Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in crossfunctional activities. + Direct the alignment of systems to fulfil business needs. + Spearhead the creation of essential documentation in support of systems. + Convey and engage effectively through excellent oral and written interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong experience of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. + Oversee the understanding and improvement of business processes. + Ensure provision of superior customer service. + Champion the application of systems development concepts. + Demonstrate advanced working knowledge of all facets of systems development lifecycle and IT operations. + Effectively maneuver multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met. + Display expert configuration knowledge of applicable applications, modules, and platforms. + Deep expertise in configuration and integration points of relevant applications/modules/platforms. + Solid understanding and design experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). + Ability to couple technology expertise with deep understanding of business requirements to design and deploy highly reliable, scalable, and sustainable global technology solutions. + Collaboratively and objectively assesses benefits, costs, and viability of proposed solution options and drives alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders _Preferred Qualifications_ + Three or more years of experience in cybersecurity with hands on focus in Identity and Access Management. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional partners and provide technical guidance to peers while contributing to shared security and delivery goals. + Working knowledge of identity and access concepts including authentication, access governance, compliance requirements, Role Based Access Control, and lifecycle management of non-human identities. + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM focused credentials, or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity or information risk management. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
