Cyber Security Manager Building Automation & Security Products 80-100%

We’re looking for a cybersecurity manager who thrives in cross-functional environments, values teamwork, and wants to help craft secure, forward-thinking solutions. In this role, you’ll work closely with product teams, regulatory bodies, and internal experts to build trust and resilience across our portfolio.Your new responsibilities Drive the implementation and evolution of cybersecurity strategies (e.g., product security, IT asset protection) in close collaboration with internal experts and the Product & Solution Security Officer.Support product teams in translating regulatory, customer, and market requirements into practical security solutions. Partner with certification managers during internal and external audits.Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and represent the organization in working groups where needed. Help ensure products align with emerging standards.Assess and report cybersecurity risks across the portfolio, ensuring clear communication and effective mitigation at the right levels.Ensure cybersecurity processes, solutions, and policies are embedded into products and aligned with business goals.Represent the organization in cybersecurity forums, regulatory committees, and customer conversations, acting as a trusted voice and connector.Support training and awareness efforts to foster a security-minded culture across teams.Assist with incident and vulnerability management efforts in collaboration with internal collaborators. Your talents and experiences Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.Several years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally across IT, OT, or product security systems.
