Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Lead to support mission-critical operations at Ft. Belvoir or Quantico. This role involves managing enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and assessing security controls across complex systems and networks to ensure compliance with DoD standards and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
The ideal candidate combines strategic program leadership with deep cybersecurity expertise to protect sensitive defense infrastructure and information systems.

Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, and oversight of cybersecurity programs and initiatives Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits of DoD systems Evaluate and document compliance with RMF and DoD security policies Manage cybersecurity risk, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee corrective actions Serve as primary liaison with government stakeholders on security posture and compliance Oversee development of security policies, standards, and architecture guidance Support security authorization packages, POA&Ms, and ATO documentation Mentor and guide junior cybersecurity team members Required Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance U.S. Citizenship Extensive experience in DoD cybersecurity program management and/or security control assessment Deep knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity compliance requirements Strong leadership, risk analysis, and communication skills Required Certifications (one or more): CY101 SecurityX / CASP+ CGRC / CAP DAWIA PM Practitioner or Advanced CCE CCISO CISM CISSO CISSP GFACT GSLC Why Join Us: Lead high-impact cybersecurity efforts protecting national security systems Competitive compensation and benefits Collaborative and growth-focused work environment
