Summary: Seeking a qualified and motivated Cybersecurity Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Level 3 to support a mission-critical DoD program.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) experience
4+ years of SAP and/or SCI environment experience within the last 5 years
MA/MS/ME in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, MIS, or related degree
1+ year of experience using Risk Management Framework (RMF) IT security controls and policies
DoD 8140/DoD 8570 IASAE Level II Certification
Security Professional Education Development (SP?D) Certification Program
Responsibilities:
Apply and manage IT security controls for DoD systems
Support Risk Management Framework (RMF) life cycle activities
Collaborate with Certified Defense Contractors for continuous monitoring and change management
Coordinate with Security Control Assessor (SCA) and Authorizing Official Designated Representative (AODR)
Perform routine ISSO functions such as account management, auditing, and vulnerability scanning
Serve as cybersecurity subject matter expert advising civilian and military personnel
Pay Details: $140,000.00 to $155,000.00 per year
