Role Profile Manage related Identity and Access Management streams and activitiesRegular reviews and updates for Identity and access management policies and procedures across business entitiesTechnical implementation of identity and access management related toolsManaging all related IAM/PAM compliance ControlsAccount life cycle management and auditing as appropriate, participates in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation, optimization and support related to access, while working with application teams to deploy new applicationsAssists in the development of department and organization wide policies and procedures, while effectively communicating policies and procedures impacting Identity and Access management to end users, leadership, and peers to ensure compliant practicesLead and collaborate in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologiesCreate a centralized Access Control Model for all Critical AssetsImplementing, managing, and operating the Identity and access management solution (SailPoint)Ensure delivery of projects on time and within allocated budget.Ensure that all streams running on the right track and fulfilling their main objectives.Issue reports for running streams to Cyber Security and Technology ManagementCore Competencies and Qualifications B.Sc. Communication/Computer Engineering or Computer scienceMore than 6 years’ experience in telecom environment and IT industry.CIAM Knowledge is a MUSTExcellent Knowledge about Cyber Security Controls and awareness of global cyber security standards and compliance programs is a MUSTProject Management Knowledge (PMP/Agile) is a MustIT systems Architecture & Design KnowledgeStrong understanding of a wide range of programming languages, especially Python & JavaStrong technical background in Telecom environment, IT and value-added ServicesStrong technical background in Active directory, IT domains, Data Network, Data center and storageCISM/CISSP/ Knowledge is a plusProven experience in applications development & IntegrationOrganizational, And interpersonal skills.
