Cyber Defence Assurance Specialist (Security Audit)

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate person to support the Cyber Defence Security Assurance team within WTW and provide an excellent service and trusted support to the Cyber Defence teams and wider parts of our business. As part of the Cyber Defence Assurance Team, you will support all team members and Cyber Defence teams, as appropriate, with all Assurance and Audit requests ensuring WTW continue to meet our regulatory, internal and client audit requirements. You will need to have excellent communicative skills with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences, and a solid task management acumen to deal with multiple types of stakeholders and request formats from across the business. This role would suit those with a strong administrative background but who are wanting to further develop their technical knowledge focusing on Cyber Security and who feels confident working with Technical teams that are geographically dispersed and across different time-zones. Previous experience of supporting formal audits (such as ISO:27001 or SOC2) would be beneficial but is not a formal requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively support and track Change Management approval actions to ensure timelines are adhered to and appropriate evidence gathered.  Identifying and implementing improvements within the Change Management process utilizing ServiceNow and automation between teams, ensuring documentation is updated accordingly.  Proactively support and track outstanding actions identified through audits, team meetings, lessons learned, quality assurance and continual improvement to ensure they are actioned and moved to completion within an agreed timeframe and regular status updates communicated to leadership. Support and manage audit processes for joiners, movers and leavers, ensuring thorough documentation, evidence and tracking through to completion.  Collaborate closely with all Cyber Defence teams to ensure process lifecycle review is actioned and maintained to meet internal audit requirements and assist in identifying areas requiring improvement  Support the Cyber Defence Assurance Specialists with the collation of evidence to respond to client, regulatory and internal audits of WTW, ensuring the requestors have the correct information and are fully supported throughout the process. Supporting all members of the Cyber Defence Assurance team during heavy workload periods  Attending regular Cyber Defence Meetings; ensuring supporting documentation is prepared and available for discussion  Management of the Cyber Defence Assurance central calendar, ensuring regular meeting invites are managed and updated as required to ensure visibility of approaching deadlines or urgent requirements. Management of the Cyber Defence central mailbox and ServiceNow Catalogue, ensuring emails are triaged, assigned to team members accordingly and filed upon completion.

Qualifications:

Technical/Security based qualification or 1 years’ experience within a Technical/Cyber Security environment Strong communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences. Effective organizational skills, detail-orientated, with a track record in Quality Assurance and Task Management Understanding the functions of a Cyber Security Defence Team Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
